How to Improve Your Lifestyle?

From time to time, we all struggle with the feeling that our lives are miserable. We don’t like our style, we hate our body and we have no idea how do other people become successful.

Sounds familiar?

The worst part of this is that we don’t want to change something because we’re so tired. It seems that it’s just not for us, we’re not made to be those people in Vogue.

But what if I tell you that all of this laziness is in our brains?

Yes, you don’t wanna do anything because you just don’t have a habit of this. Our brain is a machine with algorithms. And most of our needs he does in autopilot mode. So can you imagine how hard it is for him when you introduce something new into your daily routine? He needs time to remember this new algorithm.

Due to some researches, it takes approx. 30 days to create a habit. But the fact is - we are all lazy creatures and in most cases, we do not continue doing something for this long. Especially: sport, diet, studying, etc.

Now, there is a huge amount of information about self-motivation.

But let’s be honest.

If something is really hard to do every day you will forget about all of your goals and dreams and, eventually, you’ll give up.

Here is my personal TIP for you:

Go with it as if it’s a MUST for 30 days. Don’t ask yourself “Why am I doing this” or “What for” etc. Believe me, when you’re searching for a reason to do something, you find even more excuses not to do so.

Go absolutely vise versa.

Do NOT focus on the purpose of that thing you going to make your habit. Plan your week with this new “task” and go. Remember, every time your brain begins to ask - you just must. It is going to be hard at first. But this tactic is a lot easier than creating motivation and trying to force yourself to do it.

You are starting to change.

After the first two weeks, you’ll notice the ease. Your new habit is almost built but more importantly - you changed. The way you think and do things will change because of discipline.

This is the answer to self-improvement.

Of course, it’s all about discipline! You’ll be able to do everything more effectively if you do this 30-days self-challenge. Why? Because your procrastination will disappear.

You’ll train yourself to do even the most hated tasks just by sticking to every day plan. Discipline guaranteed success for thousands of people. And you are no worse than them. Go on!
